We currently ship our unique pieces within Australia. Our larger creations are handled with care by a trusted boutique courier specializing in delicate deliveries, while smaller items zip their way to you via express post.

Damaged Items - Refund Policy

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll sort it out. Claims made after 48 hours will be treated as a change of mind. We don’t refund or replace items that are damaged due to lack of care, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Repair

The sculptures are strong and sturdy, but if one happens to break, don’t worry—we can fix it for you. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to discuss the details and arrange the repair.
